Before your treatment begins, we will carry out a detailed assessment using x-rays and digital scans to create a personalised implant treatment plan.
Your treatment will begin with local anaesthetic to ensure you are comfortable throughout the procedure. The titanium implant is then carefully placed into the jawbone. In some cases, minimally invasive techniques can be used, reducing the need for stitches.
If stitches have been placed, they are usually removed around one week later. The implant area is then allowed time to heal and integrate naturally with the jawbone before the final restoration is fitted.
Once healing is complete, we prepare the implant for your new tooth. An abutment is attached to connect the implant to the final crown. We then take detailed impressions, allowing a dental technician to craft a custom ceramic crown designed to match your natural teeth in colour, shape, and size.
The final stage is placing your custom-made crown and completing your smile transformation. We will continue to support you with follow-up appointments to ensure your implant remains healthy and long-lasting.

Anthony qualified from King’s College London in 2011, and since then has held multiple surgical posts in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and has placed over 3,500 implants. He has completed a diploma in Dental Implantology and provides a comprehensive scope of Implant dentistry, including sinus grafting, onlay block grafting, full mouth all-on-4/6, and zygomatic implants.
He is able to provide conscious sedation for his patients when required and has completed a diploma in Conscious Sedation. He is highly experienced in this field and runs a weekly hospital sedation list which also involves the supervision and teaching of Senior House Officers. He is an accredited clinical supervisor in the field of dental sedation by the Royal College of Surgeons of England (STAC).
Currently, he splits his clinical week providing surgical dentistry, implants & sedation in private practice, and holding a position as a Specialty Doctor in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at a local hospital.
