Alice Harriss is the Principal Dentist and Practice Owner of Beech House Dental Practice, where she leads the practice with a focus on exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and a welcoming family environment.
After working alongside Dr Andrew Ross for four years, Alice became Practice Principal in 2021, continuing Beech House’s long-standing reputation for trusted, high-quality dentistry. She qualified from Bristol University in 2004 and has spent over 20 years working in respected practices and hospitals across London and Surrey.
Alice has a particular interest in minimally invasive, preventative and cosmetic dentistry, combining modern techniques with a calm and patient-focused approach to care.
As the owner of a modern dental practice, I understand first-hand what it takes to create a practice that delivers exceptional patient care, runs efficiently, and meets the highest clinical standards.
Alongside dentistry, I also fly the Airbus A380 and founded Airborne Construction to help other dentists build and refurbish high-quality, fully CQC-compliant practices across Surrey and the South East.
My background in practice ownership, construction, and aviation brings a strong focus on detail, compliance, and systems — with a proven 100% CQC pass rate across our projects.
