Alice Harriss is the Principal Dentist and owner of Beech House Dental Practice. Having worked alongside Dr Andrew Ross at Beech House for many years, she became Practice Principal in March 2021 following his retirement.
Alice graduated from the University of Bristol in 2004 and began her career as a Senior House Officer at King’s College Hospital and Guy’s Hospital in London. She then spent over 14 years working in highly respected dental practices across London and Surrey before relocating to Cobham with her family.
Committed to delivering exceptional patient care, Alice is a member of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons and has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Contemporary Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry. Her professional interests focus on minimally invasive, preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles.
Outside the practice, Alice enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and Indie, their much-loved black Labrador. When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll often find her enjoying long walks with Indie- whatever the weather.

Emma Lambourne qualified from Guy’s Hospital Dental School in 2000 and subsequently undertook prestigious house jobs in restorative and maxillofacial dentistry. She has provided a comprehensive range of all aspects of general dentistry at Beech House for 20 years, ensuring patients of all ages receive a compassionate and caring service.
Her interests include modern composite bonding techniques, whitening, complex surgical extractions, and a wide range of restorative crowns, bridges, dentures, and veneers.
Emma is a keen horsewoman in her spare time and enjoys travel, especially in Africa.

Justin qualified from Glasgow in 2003. Now living in Surrey since 2006, he has worked in private practice primarily, with aesthetics at is core over the past 20 years. Having attained training in complex dentistry around Europe and America he has been undertaking all types of dentistry, from general family dentistry, smile makeovers and rebuilding heavily worn bites using a multi-disciplinary approach alongside specialist colleagues.
In his spare time Justin enjoys spending time with his family, having 2 active kids and a dog he is usually very busy. He has a keen interest in music, sports (rugby, football, sailing), art and reading.
No matter what the problem is, there is usually a good solution and with his experience in dentistry you will be in good hands.

Dr. Natalija Cantrell BDS is a qualified Dental Surgeon and Advanced Facial Aesthetics Practitioner.
Driven by a passion for aesthetics, Dr. Cantrell undertook extensive Harley Street training to expand her skillset to include Aesthetic Medicine. Paramount is patient safety and well-being.
With 20 years working in the NHS and private sector as a dental surgeon, Dr. Tali combines her busy dentistry practice with facial aesthetics and medical grade, bespoke, prescription skincare.

Paul started life in dentistry as a dental technician working in London’s prestigious Harley Street. He then returned to pursue his education, graduating as a dentist from Manchester University in 1998.
With award-winning talent (Paul has won prizes in conservative and restorative dentistry), he continued his education with regular courses. He attended the Eastman Dental Institute to attain a certificate in Restorative Dentistry. Paul enjoys delivering great, high quality work, and ensuring his patients are always happy. He has a particular interest in restorative dentistry.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and daughter, Isabella, and socialising and exercising. He is also a keen clay pigeon marksman.

Sarah graduated from King’s College London in 2015 and has spent a year as an Oral & Maxillofacial Senior House Officer at Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford. Sarah has also worked in Oral Surgery Department at Epsom & St. Helier hospital and is confident in dental extractions.
Sarah has achieved a Postgraduate Masters in Primary Dental Care and enjoys aesthetic dentistry. She is passionate about smile makeovers involving whitening, veneers & composite bonding. Sarah is gentle and emphasises good oral care for a confident smile.
Anthony qualified from King’s College London in 2011, and since then has held multiple surgical posts in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and has placed over 3,500 implants. He has completed a diploma in Dental Implantology and provides a comprehensive scope of Implant dentistry, including sinus grafting, onlay block grafting, full mouth all-on-4/6, and zygomatic implants.
He is able to provide conscious sedation for his patients when required and has completed a diploma in Conscious Sedation. He is highly experienced in this field and runs a weekly hospital sedation list which also involves the supervision and teaching of Senior House Officers. He is an accredited clinical supervisor in the field of dental sedation by the Royal College of Surgeons of England (STAC).
Currently, he splits his clinical week providing surgical dentistry, implants & sedation in private practice, and holding a position as a Specialty Doctor in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at a local hospital.
Anthony has a gentle caring approach, always ensuring his patients are well informed, relaxed and comfortable throughout all treatments.
Dr Hegarty has undergone a broad postgraduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and Orthodontics before embarking on his specialist training in Orthodontics at Guy’s Hospital London and the William Harvey Hospital, Ashford. He qualified with his postgraduate Masters in Orthodontics from King’s College London and Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Emmett is certified and experienced user of Invisalign, lingual braces as well as Damon braces. He has presented at national and international conferences as well publishing in international journals including the ‘’Journal of Orthodontics’’.

Jatinder qualified with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Honours from King’s College London in 2014. He advanced his clinical skills whilst working at various hospital posts including at the Restorative departments at both Leeds Dental Institute and Birmingham Dental Hospital. During this period, he attained Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and Postgraduate Certificates in Health Research and in Medical Education.
Jatinder then achieved a Distinction upon completing the 4-year MClinDent Periodontology specialist training programme at Kings College London, Guy’s Hospital. He also attained his Membership in Periodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Jatinder has a genuine passion for periodontology and a strong commitment to delivering the most up-to-date and evidence-based treatment to his patients. He is actively involved in clinical research, has presented at national and international events, has contributed to periodontal textbooks and has had several articles published in esteemed journals.

Arjun is a skilled and compassionate dentist specialising in root canal treatments, endodontic retreatments, and microsurgical procedures, with a focus on saving natural teeth and ensuring patient comfort.
After completing his BDS at the University of Manchester, he undertook advanced endodontic training at the Royal London Dental Hospital, gaining expertise in modern techniques including digital imaging, surgical microscopes, and minimally invasive procedures.
Arjun is committed to providing clear communication and a calm, pain-free experience for every patient, while staying up to date with the latest advancements through ongoing professional education and membership with the British Endodontic Society.
